Pursuant to Section 8 of Act No. 99/2019 Coll., On the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Sector Entities (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”), Parádní kraj publishes this declaration on accessibility.
Parádní kraj is a mandatory entity pursuant to Section 3 of the Act and ensures the accessibility of its website.
Parádní kraj undertakes to make its website accessible in accordance with EU Directive No. 2016/2102 of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector entities and Act No. 99/2019 Coll., On the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector entities.
This accessibility statement applies to the portal of the Parádní kraj https://www.paradnikraj.cz/.
Compliance with international standards
Pursuant to Commission Decision (EU) 2018/2048 of 20 December 2018 on a harmonized standard for websites and mobile applications, these websites are created taking into account the following standards:

- International standard ISO 40500 Web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG).

Status of compliance with accessibility requirements
This website complies with the accessibility requirements set out in the relevant directive, law and relevant international standards, in addition to the content below.
- For some media content, which is primarily visual, it is not possible to fully describe their content in detail. However, an indicative description is always given to give the user an idea of the visually presented information.
- Some pages contain links to other files, such as presentations or documents, that are accessible but in their own format, which requires additional programs to open.
- When filling out the web form, the correctness of the entered data is checked and the user is informed in case of incorrect filling. For more complex forms, there may be situations where it is not technically possible to check all variants of the entered values. In this case, it is possible to use the alternative procedures described in this statement.
Alternative procedures for obtaining information
If the website contains information that is not or cannot be accessible, Parádní kraj shall provide an alternative method of obtaining information in accordance with Section 7, Paragraph 4 of the Act. It is possible to contact administrators who will tell him who the content manager is. The content manager will try to pass the relevant information to the user in a form suitable for him, if possible.
Procedure for filing a complaint
Pursuant to Section 9 of the Act, anyone may initiate redress against a liable entity if he has a reasonable suspicion that a website or mobile application managed by the liable entity does not meet the requirements of Sections 4 to 6 or that there is a reason under Section 8 para. b) or § 8 par. 3 let. (c) unfounded. The provisions of the law governing the right of petition governing the filing and settlement of a petition shall apply mutatis mutandis to the filing and settlement of a complaint.
